You "might" loose 15lbs of torque and 10 or so HP on the lower end, but somewhere around 4500 the Vic Jr. will tilt the tables and make more hp and torque than the Stealth. Again, figure 15lbs and 10hp more so it is indeed beneficial on the top end.
Also, if you don't drop much lower than 4500 when you shift, you would still be in the sweet spot of the Vic Jr.
