what tranny did I find?

lately, I scored an all-aluminum 4speed transmission from a guy who had it in his `65 hipo 289. Well, at least thats what he claims...

the gearbox looks just like a toploader SROD to me, but from what I know, a SROD should bolt right up to my 302 bellhousing. Well, this one won´t, as it has a different bolt spacing and longer input shaft, compared to my old 3.03.

here are the numbers I found on the ten-bolt top cover:

RF-D9ZR-7222-AA

13-32-097-902

so its coded `79, and mustang application, but thats all I have found out. Anybody in here more familiar wiith those numbers?

What else do I have to look for, specifically?

Thanks in advance
