Should I swap my stealth for a Vr. Jr intake
I had an offer to trade my stealth intake for a Vr. jr. intake. Should I do it or would it hurt rather than help?
I was thinking maybe it would help with my lack of top end power.
What should I do.

In your sig it says you got a 3,700 stall, so i see no reason not to go victor jr. You really don't need any low end torque. I'd DO IT!!!!!!

My car was simialr to yours
351W
70 heads with mild port
9:5:1
hydraulic 231/239 @50 517/541 106ls
750HP
8" ATI 4800 stall
3200 lbs w/driver
It was running 7.60's -7.70's in the 1/8th
Swapped from a Edelbrock Air-gap to a Victor jr
Car ran the exact same.
Same 60 ft, same Et, same MPH
It might help you since you run the 1/4 and I run 1/8th but just don't think it will be much. I only shift a 6000 cross around 5600/5700.

You "might" loose 15lbs of torque and 10 or so HP on the lower end, but somewhere around 4500 the Vic Jr. will tilt the tables and make more hp and torque than the Stealth. Again, figure 15lbs and 10hp more so it is indeed beneficial on the top end.
Also, if you don't drop much lower than 4500 when you shift, you would still be in the sweet spot of the Vic Jr.

That is debatable. If the XE274 can make power above 6000 or 6500, i'd say try it out. It it doesn't work out, put the dual plane on. Port the intake and knife edge the dividers too...make her flow like crazy.
I rebuilt my 331 and switched from a Stealth to a Pro Products Hurricane (its a Victor Jr for all practical purposes except it does have the rear water crossover). I did it because I was getting usable power to nearly 7000 with the Stealth and the 282S cam and I enjoyed my time at a road course where the single plane will definitely help. I have not put the engine back into the car yet so I can't give you any seat of your pants comparison yet.

I believe the Victor Jr starts making it's power from 3500 to 7000 rpms.

JAM1775 has dyno sheets of that exact swap.

How do these Pro Products Hurricane manifolds compare to Victor Jr's (smoothness of casting, sealing, and durability)?

Mine was fine. It sealed fine. It looked fine also. The runner dividers could definitely use some cleaning up to improve flow, but maybe the Vic Jr comes out of the box the same way.
When I bought it from my local speed shop, they said that they had tests run at a local dyno shop and it produced equal or better power than the Vic Jr...take it for what it's worth.

Per Jam1775's request. 351w manifold swap:
Stealth:
Vic Jr.:
I forwarded copies of all dyno sheets to ya Jim. I didn't want to post them before, without your permission.
I suggest listing your motor combination here too.
Thanks!

Help or hurt what? You never said what the problem was or what you're looking for but not getting. Personally I think you should use long tube headers instead of the shorties. Better TQ and HP from them across the board.

Read the original post again. The problem is stated.
