Maf is not adjustable. You could remove it and check the wire and see if its clean if not gently clean it with tune up cleaner or brake clean. To tell if its dirty look on both sides of wire the engine side usally is shiny and compare the other side to that. Both sides shold look the same. Also if your engine is warmed up the o2 sensors tell the engine to add and remove fuel. plus your ECT plays a major roll.

Good Luck

Could be something like a sticky/bad injector... have you taken a look at all the spark plugs?

Re: Adjusting The Mass Air Flow Sensor On Efi

it "could be" a hundred different things. What kind of car is it and what other symptoms are you having?

Common problem on 2.3's and 5.0's are failing coolant temp sensors. Many times they won't throw a code because the voltage is still within an acceptable range but they sometimes will get "stuck" so to speak, telling the ECM that the motor is cold, makes it run fat. A bad thermostat can do the same thing. Won't let the motor get warm. Or a MAP sensor line leak. What kind of codes do you have?
