I started with my engine as the baseline. It ran somewhere in the mid
12's based on the configuration in the first entry.

I'm not really sure how realistic these numbers are. It assumes that the engine is capable of making the extra horsepower. This is based on
looking at my ets and running engine analyzer simulations. My best run so far was with the configuration at the third to bottom entry and that was an 11.72 et with a total weight of 2950 pounds at the start line. That does appear to reflect the predicted horsepower I think. Other changes were also made for that though such as tricking out the carb and changing tire size.
Soon(yeah someday the way things are going) I will be able to run the bottom line configuration except maybe not the 1.7 rockers and the heads have been ported again. I will have the 10.5 compression from having the heads angle cut but now the car has a heavier curb weight and I'm not sure yet what that is.
What did removing the alternator pick you up at the track?
I think the HP numbers are a little high. The calculator on this site shows your weight and the 11.72 pass are more like 380 fwhp. But, the gains your post shows from those mods could be very real.

I know my 68 Fastback was 3200+, not sure what my coop will come in at, I am not doing a good job trimming LBS. Added roll bar, but had gone with glass deck lid and hood.
Tinkering with eliminating rear window regulators, never use them anyway.

That weight was with the interior gutted and that fold down rear seat is pretty heavy.
I didn't get a number just for the alternator because it went when the electric water pump was put on.
I just ran another sim the other day and it backed my horsepower down to 442 so those old numbers re probably a bit high. It is an updated version of the software.
Main purpose of that obviously was to show that a number of small changes can really add up.
