66 falcon in need of everything

My wife owned a 66 falcon when we married(1971) so I jumped on the chance to buy one. it needs most everything, but I think I need seats first, so I can sit and try to crank it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks, midgaretcrna.

Re: 66 falcon in need of everything

So glad to see another late 60s Falcon. I have a 67 and I'm not keeping much of the stock stuff. Let me know, and good luck!

I have no idea where you are located or what is available near you, but since shipping will be very expensive for something as large as seats. There is an alternative which is scouring your local junk yards for donor seats. Cruise this forum a little and you will find some good ideas of what others have done. I for one removed my original buckets and installed Ford escort seats. Much more comfortable and fit nicely. Others have used Madza, Chrysler, or what they found would work. It's not a difficult job. Just something to think about. Welcome to our little world and good luck.

These might look good on your 67. They are year correct and are straight and true I had them on my 67 wagon and they are up for grabs. the tires might have to be changed, in fact I'd recommend it. But I think they would look pretty cool on a sedan.

Re: 66 falcon in need of everything

Narrowed it down somewhat. I'm really in need of front seats the most, I live in middle Ga, and I don't think it would be easy to ship it here, so, please let any potential help be it that region. Thanks very much, Rusty
