I have a 190,000 mile fullsize bronco with an origional exhaust system on it, I went to a performance exhaust including high flow cat converters and a guy bought the old ones -2- for 50 bucks ! He is gonna get the gold and diamonds and good stuff out of them.... but 25 bucks each ???

He'll likely pull over $80 bucks each when he sells them.

Little skinny John at my shop, he sells them for $20 bucks to over $100 bucks depending on the model they came out of, and the Platinum level in the cat...

Platinum is WELL over $1,000 per ounce....

That's why people are cutting them right out from under people's cars that are parked in the parking lot or on the street, also at dealerships they come up missing.

They don't turn into diamonds until they cook for 120,000 or so miles.

The one off of my Merkur fetched $71. The one off of the 97 PSD that my brother bought got I think $65.
