Don't think there are many here in this area but...
The weekend before Christmas i was invited to go see the Fantasy Lights in Spanaway park with the VW bunch. I'd never been to them and thought it was a good way to get out of the house, hang with friends AND see the lights. In the end i left the shotrod in the parking lot and rode in the back of a Pinzgauer troop carrier thingy so i could take pics. There were probably 15 bugs, it didn't really rain and we all had a good time.
Tuesday morning at the Park and Ride at the Roy Y in Spanaway a bunch are gathering at 7:30am for coffee and donuts then a drive. I was told it was past some lake south of there towards Roy/McKenna then cut over to the other main road (hwy 7) headed back north to where we started. It will be my first time going but heard it's fun from others that have gone in the past. Plus it's not like i have anything else interesting to do!!
The VW gang invited me to tag along with them but this cruise is closer to home, they are going to Gig Harbor up in Gary/FE's neck of the woods.
I'm such a tramp! But good/fun car people are car people to hang with to me.
I just found out bout the cruise thing or I would of mentioned it sooner.
