1968 Mercury cyclone

I installed a 1998 4.6 ford motor in my 1968 Cyclone and looking for a cool area intake that can be mounted on pass side of motor. Anyone have an idea where I can get one? Thanks

Re: 1968 Mercury cyclone

Ricky, can't help you, but I owned a new 68 Cvclone GT fastback. Madras blue/black bucket interior/white stripes. 302-4v, 230 hp.

Mods:

428CJ hood scoop and hood decals/ram-air air cleaner housing,
hood locking pins

3:50 rear

removed (very carefully with a hair dryer) the lower wheel/wheel white tape stripe (overkill, IMHO)

Mustang shorter shifter

am/fm stereo radio

added factory tach

Keystone Classic wheels

Goodyear Polyglas GT raised letter tires

blacked out the four headlamp rims (too much chrome)

eliminated the hood emblem

installed 69 tear drop side view mirrors

One of my 5 favorite cars ever. Wish I still had it.

Maybe Spectre has a piece together kit to make a custom intake tube. You'll be able to make it fit wherever you can.

1970 XL, 351W originally 2V, now 4V
670 Street Avenger, Edlebrock Performer intake, Comp XE262H, Flowtech Headers
