1994 351w efi swap EEC reflash?

Hello I'm swapping a 1994 351w into a 1970 maverick. All of it. The biggest question I have is the possible need for a reflash of the cpu.
I'm putting in a sealed power roller hyd cam. 530int 540exh on a 114 or 115 LSA. Also I will have ALUMINUM EDELBROCK heads RPM VERSION. It will be stock bottom ended just studs everywhere. With this combo it ran 11.97 in a 302 carbed. I wanna do keep the EFI so the questions are as follows. Possible reflash of EEC injectors sizes and if must change what size and what factory car may have this size and any other known needs to make this work in my maverick.
The car has a c4 3200 stall 9"456 locker 2.5 inch exhaust and full length headers. Please help.

Not saying it will work for you but I ran a 408 Stroker on a OBD1 Mustang 5.0 A9L using 24lb injectors with a proM mass airflow sensor on the street with no issues

You don't really reflash an EEC-IV, what you can do is add a Quarterhorse chip or equiv and either have a programmable chip, or if you choose, real time adjustability with a laptop.

You could just attempt to increase injector size and not tell the computer, but you are going to have a lot of tuning left on the table

For instance, when I do an EEC_IV program, I rewicker injector timing based on cam events, shut off a few emissions related switches, plot a new timing curve, then tweak injector slopes, MAF curves, etc based on what I see on the laptop logs. Necessary? no, but sure makes a difference if you really want to tune it.
