Mine has the crites kit in it. It was already done, by another guy that had a 428 in the car. It does open the engine bay up. I also used the crites motor mount kit for a 351. It makes the motor sit really high. I also had headers custom made for it. I can the change the plugs with just enough clearance to do the job.
