I have a 5,400 rpm chip in the MSD two step. After looking at video it seems the tach needle flashed to 7k between the clutch switch letting of the two step and the clutch grabbing. 26 x 8.5 MT ET Drag slicks.

Word on the forum is that you are the T5 guru, both building them and beating on them lol. I've got a stock World Class in my '69 right now but I'm worried about breaking it at the track. I've heard a lot about the Astro and G-Force upgrades and I'd like to get your input on beefing it up. How difficult is it because I plan on doing the upgrade myself to save some cash.
Will the stock case hold up to the 5-600 ft.lb rating that the kit advertises?
