Wiring Cadillac Seats

I just purchased a set of seats out of a 2001 Cadillac Deville from a local junkyard. I am wanting to wire them into my 77 Ranchero and I remember that someone wrote a wiring diagram on this site. Sommehow I can not find that posting and wonder if someon would be able to point me to that. I think that to get the seats to work I will only have to hook up the orange wire to voltage and the black to ground. I have found out that the other wires are for the other speciality functions of the seats.
Please, can someone help me?

I simply used a battery, put wires to + & - till i figured out what wires did what, took me a couple of tries, but i don;t think you can hurt the seat motors if you get it wrong

Hey rusty

I'm installing power seats out of a F150\Chrysler Sebring, I know
anyway wiring, you have two ways to go
either run a #10 wire from the hot side of the battery, connect
to the solenoid or using a spayed connector, you can connect to
the fuse box via the center posts... ok not talking electrical
but if you look at the fuse box you'll see some open male connectors
in the center, just need to connect to one of them..
in either case you should install a 30amp inline fuse...
