MuthaTrucka...That's one Badd MoFo...I want to get a 67 Galaxie and put a 557 Stroker in it. And go big on pump gas. I got a few leads on Turnkey Crate Engines however I gotta get the car first.
Always loved the Steelies/dog dish cap look,
I know the Cr.Vic cop cars running 16's but they're gone before I get to wreckers!
Plus, I'd probably have to re-do backspacing, widths.
16's or 17's
You have those made up, 16's?
could you share source ?
First, that's a drop dead gorgeous car. I have a 67 GT small block 4 speed top loader. If you did the body and paint, you're an artist, way better at it than I. That said, the big wheels absolutely ruin all the work you did. The big wheel/no sidewall tire look is almost cartoonish. My Mustang came with 19s and I can't stand them. I don't understand the whole fad at all. For my Fairlane, I'll stick with my 15x10 Crager SS with Goodyear billboard white letter 295/50/15s in back, 60s in front. I don't mean to dog you cuz I LOVE your car. It's just those rediculous BIG wheels and rubber band tires ruin it all for me. But hey, it's what YOU like that matters. I wish my car was 1/2 as nice as yours.
It takes a TON of horsepower to go that fast and look stock. The evolution of this car while not changing it's appearance is a real tribute to Billy's many talents. Awesome job!
Now that's a classy ride. I love the wheels as well. Does that color have a specific name? I'm terrible at recognizing different shades of main colors.
