HELP......Rubber shifter boots

HELP, I have a hurst billet shifter in my '65 stang and the hurst B-4 shifter boot is to small at 3.5 X 4.5 .Hurst does make a super boot but it is at 7.750 X 8.750. QUESTION is have you been down this road before and is there a boot in between those two sizes made by anyone.PLEASE advise and thank you for your help.

HELP......Rubber shifter boots

Been down that road a couple of times. Had trouble with the rubber one tearing, both stock and aftermarket. Finally went to an upholstry shop. They made me one out of leather. It was cheaper than a rubber one and looks much better. That was 6 years ago and still looks great. Just find the metal hold down piece where it bolts to the floor.

HELP......Rubber shifter boots

Yeap ... I make my own out of leather

I made the one in my Mach1 about five years ago ... just rub it down with a little leather conditioner occasionally and it looks and stays great.

In fact I'm just about ready to make one for Queenie's 67 Camaro ... damn rubber one is ripping apart after only about a year of use.
