Wiped cam lobe?

I have a 347 with a solid flat tappet cam.

Number 5 and 3 inlet roller rockers always need adjusting (every few months depending on the amount of driving).

The engine still revs sweetly to the 6k rev limter but seems to be lacking some grunt.

Are these symptoms of a wiped lobe?

Wiped cam lobe?

It would not *rev sweet* with 2 lobes wiped out. If running poly locks have a look at them - maybe defective. Could try switching them with another cylinder.

Wiped cam lobe?

Stick a dial gauge on the pushrod side and check the lobe lift.
