1989 HO 302 Info Please

Hey All,
I just bought a 63 HT Falcon with a a 89 HO 302/AOD combo from a Lincoln Mark VII. I'm curious to know what these motors are supposed to twist to stock? Also, can anyone tell me the differences between the HO and the stock 302 in this year model?

Thanks,

The HO version of the 5.0L is 225HP/300torque. I think the difference were heads but maybe someone else knows better.

'89 GT Mustang and Lincoln Mark VII of that year had the same engine. Forged pistons and pretty decent cam.

HOs have E7TE heads, forged pistons, intake opening on passenger side, roller cams with 351 firing order. I am pretty sure the T-bird and Mark VIIs had lower intakes for hood clearance so a few hp less than stangs.
Marquis and other boats still had roller cams but used a different firing order, E6SE heads, flattop cast pistons and different intakes(the intake enters on drivers side.) These blocks are identical making them cheap roller cam rebuilders.
