Hey Ford Muscle...

WE need a Boss 302- 347 stroker build up with the NEW FORD BOSS BLOCK.
There are a lot of machine shops that wont build a 347 with the new Boss block, we need to know if this is TRUE OR BS!

65 Mustang convert. Mexican block 302 stroked to 347 with Edelbrock RPM heads, Comp cams #35-518-8 roller cam, victor intake Holley TBI commander 950-21s fuel injection system with forced induction by Novi 2000 supercharger and bottle fed NOS up to 350 ponies.

Re: Hey Ford Muscle...

Feel bad for them, I build with them and they are very nice. A buddies 4.125 boss 302 block was .350 thick after going 4.125. The fit and finish is top notch. Just leaves more blocks for me

Re: Hey Ford Muscle...

The issue I have seen discussed is the length of the cylinder. I found it interesting that Ford used a 3.10" stroke in the 331. Is anyone building 3.40" stroke motors with that block?
