exhaust cut outs question

HI All
I have very long exhaust on my truck as you can imagen being its a 4 door. 15' from the colector to the tip. not counting the bend over the axel.. Here's the set up.
460 motor (mild build)
long tube headers
2 1/2" pipe "Duels"
3' from colector to H pipe
2' + - then 30" of 3 1/2" glass pack
over the axel
then some pipe and into 30" of 3 1/2" chrome echo tube.

NOW
will I gain power TQ-HP for racing by adding some cut outs where the H pipe is?? Or somewhere else for the cut outs

There is some science as to where the collector opening should be to best improve performance. That being said, when I open my cutouts, my engine runs lean so you may have the same issue. If I jetted up I may see some increase in HP
