Power Steering Pump Return Nipple Removal

Hi guys, new here.
I'm working on a 64 Galaxie with Crites mounts and a 460. The mounts make the engine sit pretty high. I need to clock the return fitting downward instead of upward.
I cant really tell if the nipple is soldered in or of it is just a press fit.
Any suggestions before breaking out the grinder?
