does anyone make a nice shift kit for my 66 Stang C-4

I am looking for a shift kit for my 66 Stang with C-4 trans, I was told that year C-4 had the cruise-o-matic trans and there isn't one available for it, I would like a shift kit with a very firm shift(almost neck snapping shift) and still be able to drive it in drive position and manual shift it when I like, any help would be greatly appreciated

You can install a 1967-1969 valve body and have a much nicer transmission.

But you should be able to find a Transgo kit.

The TransGo kit for the 66 is not a "neck-snapper" for sure. If you want solid fast shifts you will probably have to get a valve body from a 67 to 69 C4 (look at some of the tranny shops they sometimes have old but usable parts) and the 47-2 TransGo reprogramming kit. You will have what you want with that kit.
