C4 won’t go in reverse until you put it low 1

I rebuilt my C4 and everything was working good. I drove it after it sat for about 6 months. I went to put it in reverse and it would not engage. I put it low 1 and the reverse came back. I am thinking it is either a valve sticking or the servo is not working properly. I check the fluid and it is on the full mark. I have researched this problem on the forums and found nothing.

The only thing happening when you do that is going to low 1 is moving the servo. Might be something going on there
