351 Cleveland header clearance issue

hi everybody I'm having an issue with my headers clearing and was wondering if somebody can help me out.I have a 1969 mustang fastback I just got done rebuilding a 351 Cleveland and I was putting her in today. motor mounts and transmission mount all lined up and are in. I went to go and put the headers on and the driver side is having a clearance issue. it is hitting on the steering box and I am not sure why. I've seen this year with 351 Cleveland in them before. I'm not sure if it's the brand of headers I got or if it's the header wrap causing the issue. Any help is appreciated thanks.
