Electrical Failure

Hey hey guys! I am desperately in need of some help with my 66 Fairlane 500. It has been running great with no issues until yesterday. When I was starting it, she turned over fine and started for a couple of seconds. It stalled out so I turned the key to start it again. It may or may not have tried to crank for a second but it's like something blew. COMPLETE loss of electrical power. No dash lights, no starter crank, no interior lights, no headlights! Battery is fully charged and reading 12v. Engine is grounded, frame/body is grounded. I checked the little fuse box under the dash but cant find a blown fuse. I am NOT a mechanic and in my Elementary School level of skills I went and bought a new voltage regulator but still nothing. Anyone have any idea what I broke? I would get it to my mechanic but I will need to have it towed to get there! Big pain in the @$$ unless there is something I can do myself. Thanks a million in advance for any help!
