1965-1968 Mustang Seat Track Assembly - Fit in 64 Falcon?

I need to get new set of seat tracks for my 64 Falcon 2 door sedan. I sold my bench long time ago and will be installing a late model Mustang seats. I was planning to use Chrysler Seabring seats but they look kind of goofy with the integrated shoulder belts and hard to mount. Since my car a 2 door sedan, I have post where I can easily mount a shoulder belt swivel.

Anyone know if 1965-1968 Mustang Seat Track Assembly will fit in 64 Falcon?

What the distance between the two rails so I can drill a hole for the 2nd rail at factory location?

The Mustang rails are cheap and brand new one are $60. I am not too worried if they sits little lower or higher.

Thanks
