Hello Hello... New here...

Just wanted to say drop by and say hello...

I have a 62 Monterey... This site seems to be one of the few places to find any information about what i can do with my car..

I have a little ole 289 in the merc backed up with an AOD trans and im shifting it with the stock column shifter. Its a project in the works and maybe by the summer Ill have it on the road.
If any one has any questions about that swap please feel free to ask me.. Ill tell you all about it.

Thanks Matt.

Hey Matt!
Welcome.
I'm sure I'll have some questions for you. I have a '65 Galaxie that I'm slowly resto-modding and an AOD is on my list.

RR

I just got a Galaxie for my wife...
Best trade I ever made.

Hello Hello... New here...

Welcome. I think you'll find a lot of info here. I did and it's helped out a lot. My father had a 62 Galaxie before he got married. The merc looks a lot closer to a Gal. than I thought it would. Both are beautiful cars. Oh, as stated above...pictures would be nice.
