Love your '63.
Remindes me of my 9 second 69 Belair Chevy. I built and have since sold.

My 69 weighed 3300 with a 850HP Reher Morrison Engine.
What is the expected ET on the '63?

Thanks

The car should run 8.80-8.90's on "motor", it made over 1100 hp on the dyno without Nitrous. I'm not gonna spray it with any more than 300 hp, the car will only certify to 8.50 without adding a bunch of bars that I don't feel like adding. The car has fiberglass fenders, inner fenders, core support, gravel shield, bumpers and brackets, hood and trunk lid. It's a Trick Flow A460 headed 545 with a single Dominator and 1 fogger.

Re: Post Pics of your Galaxies

Not a Galaxie, but here's my '63 T-Bird. Repainted in the original Raven Black back in 2003, but otherwise, as original as she left the factory.

1963 Ford Thunderbird 2-door hardtop, 390 (4v), Raven Black. Her name is Opal.

Re: Post Pics of your Galaxies

I'm new here and thought I should post a couple pics of my 67 galaxie. I'm in the middle of replacing a few worn down parts but should be back on the road soon. Thinking of a new carb and intake for her as well as dual exhaust.

Re: Post Pics of your Galaxies

The first pic is the best shot I have of my 61 from when I first got her.. the next pic is the way the car looked as we were stripping the front end. The only thing on the front now is suspension, tires & brakes. the brakes are the next thing to get fixed.. I've got a makin progress page that wil be updated Tuesday/Wednesday with more recent pix and my grand plan for the car's fixin'.

The last pic is the best I've got of the 64 galaxie. She's mechanically sound but has crap for tires so she has to sit until it's her turn for some money...

Re: Post Pics of your Galaxies

Got her last Oct. and finished up all the suspension this past July.
This was a big change for me, as I've always gone the Pro-street route
and after I got her, I couldn't cut her....
