Sealed power piston orientation

Ok i have these sealed power pistons that have a notch on them, but the notch also come to a point, if i put the notch towards the front, the ponit is pointing towards the rear. Also there is a F on the skirt side of the notch, so i am thinking that is the front of the engine but i want to be sure,

Re: Sealed power piston orientation

You are thinking correctly. The final verification is the piston pin offset from center. On stock engines, the piston pin is offset slightly towards the thrust side of the piston. You can see the offset in your second photo. In your engine (and all others with the same rotation), that is the passenger side of the cylinders.
