My new Ford Muscle(s)

Thought the newbie would share some pics of his Ford Muscle(s). I've had a Bumpside F100 for years (My absolute favorite vehicle). I was looking for a sedan and wound up with 2!
Looking forward to the builds. Just picked up the Torino last week. A Fresno Ca car that was purchased by a guy in Arkansas last year. Considering 600+ hp 460 for the LTD 2. The Torino will be a mild daily driver. Prolly 347.

sweet, man, I love the LTD. Would like to see more of that style worked on,but alas, they get no respect. I am moving west and have my eye on a 1970 cougar 390 auto for when I get there, 700 bucks, hate me.

Cool. More pics of the LTD2 would be great. Most of those went to the crusher and they're pretty sporty. Does it have factory buckets and a console?

Re: My new Ford Muscle(s)

I love the pickup. Dont get me wrong, the Torino and LTD are cool, and I love the fact that those cars came with Magnum rims. I just got rid of a 71 F250 with factory air and a 429(not factory). Those cars look AOK to just drive the way they are. Mind you, a stroker is a nice addition to any Ford. Good to have another blue bleeder.

Re: My new Ford Muscle(s)

I must live in the dark ages. It's the first time I'd hear bump side used and was like what? Opened the pic and said ohhhhh. It's all clear now.

Love the way the LTD is painted. Makes it look like it's not an LTD or something like that.

Welcome to the forum!

Re: My new Ford Muscle(s)

especially love them old torinos, but thats a few nice rides you got there...local cops had LTDII's back in the day-loved them as the headlights/taillights could be noticed from a mile away

CONFIDENCE: that feeling you get just before you realize the mess you got yourself into...

Re: My new Ford Muscle(s)

Unfortunately, the LTD2 does not have a console or full buckets. I will get some interior pics soon.

Re: My new Ford Muscle(s)

No ShotRod64, your not ignorant to some new hip vernacular. I picked up that term at Fordification.com. An excellent source for all Ford Trucks 67-72. Bunch of great Ford guys there too. A bunch of FE and Big six fans there also.
