thanks man.
my dad is going to take some pics of the modified ac unit for you.

the rotisseries are wealth worth it.
make working on the frame and body so much easier.
and saves from not having to crawl underneath the body.

Re: 63 Galaxie Boxtop - CMEDROP's Build Up

I have a question for you:

Does your transmission sit off to one side ?

I know the engine sits to the pass side slightly.

I was looking at your pics of the crossmember you modified and it looks like it sits to the driver side

Glad you worked it out.
I hate when **** doesn't go right only to find out it's the wrong part.

collecting some parts till spring when it warms up.

Fatman tubular control arms.

Drop N Stop machined Granada spindles with Wilwood brakes.
(they will clear my 14" supremes)

Re: 63 Galaxie Boxtop - CMEDROP's Build Up

Did you get the spindles and wilwood rotors as a complete kit from dropnstop? How big are the rotors? I contacted Dave at dropnstrop and he said he could do 11", 12" or 14" from wilwood. How much were the A arms if you dont mind saying. I couldnt find them on Fatmans site so I shot them an email also. Car looks fantastic so far. Im just starting a low budget restomod on a 63 390 car.

Yeah I got the spindles + Wilwood rotors as a complete kit from Drop n Stop.
I went with 11" rotors because I am hoping to clear my 14" supremes.
I messaged you for the price on the control arms.

Did you start a thread on your car yet?

Re: 63 Galaxie Boxtop - CMEDROP's Build Up

Thanks for the info man. No thread yet, but I'm getting there. Working night shift right now so not getting much done. Thinking about going with the ridetech 4 link set up in the rear with fatman a arms, the drop spindles and wilwoods from dropnstop in the front and keeping my 15" keystone classics.
