Some progress updates. Finished the lower plenum. Turned out better than I expected. Iac valve mounted along with the map sensor. Their should be a sufficient amount of volume in there to prevent each sensor from messing with each other.

Also did some work to the rear frame. Made some c-notches to allow the upper control arm to articulate correctly.

Installed the left rear quarter only to hack it up again for some custom fender flares. It measures 7 inches tall at the tallest point and 3 inches wide. I had some 3 inch tall flares that were made for a mustang but they just werent large enough so I made a template from them that were 4 inches bigger. Im very happy with the results.

Pushrod suspension anyone? I mocked it all up and tac'd it in place. Went through compression and rebound with the springs off and it articulated smoothly. Im still working on the passenger side. It will be a couple days before I get to it. Im waiting on more ateel tabs.

Thanks 67galaxie. A bit more progress today. Installed a c6 tailshaft housing and moved the shifter forward. Started to do the mock up of the adapter plate for the bw4404 awd transfer case.

Pictured here is the front differential, axles, axle tube and front drive shaft. It all came out of a 2012 f150 raptor. It has the 410 gears and the torsen limited slip. The cobra IRS has 355 gears I believe but it doesnt matter, im going with the 410 gears.

Started to make the adapter to mate the bw4404 transfer case to the c6 tailshaft. Its made of 3/8ths steel. It sucked using an angle grinder and hand drill to make these. Wish i had a plasma cutter.
