Advice appreciated

I am building a 72 Maverick Grabber and this is what I have on hand or on order at the moment: 91 stock roller block, pistons are flat top with exception of valve indents and maybe 4 cc of indention, very little. The pistons actually exceed the deck by a few thousands on TDC (haven't measured but it's very slight) X303 cam, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake, Edelbrock Performer RPM heads, 1.6 roller rockers, 2200 rpm stall, C4 built with shift kit, 4.11 8 inch rear w/spool, Excel ignition, head gasket is .039 compressed, heads have 60 cc chamber.

Above is everything I have currently (stall is on order) what I would like to get some advice on is what carb to run and I am thinking of running a nitrous plate system jettable from 50-150hp max maybe.

Then based on above what do some of ya'll think it will do, will it get gone? I'm an ole skool (50 years old) and I just wanna spank some of these youngsters from light to light or from a 40 mph rolling punch how will it do? I'm very excited as it has been since my 20's that I have built a little streeter, all honest input appreciated, I'm more into wanting to go from 0 to 80 or 90 FAST or be able to lay a fat patch from 35 or 40 mph so what do ya'll think, am I going to be able to have youngsters running home to Dad "DAD, my Mustang GT or SS Camaro sucks some ole man in a dinosaur car just ate my lunch, LOL

Oh yes Hedman headers 1 5/8" into 3 " collectors

Re: Advice appreciated

You don't need NOS. My 70 Mav weighs about 2700 lbs and that ain't $HIT when it comes down to racing it.
Put Weld Draglite rims on a good set of tires. The rims will take off 50# of weight. A good B&M shifter.
Stay away from adding weight of stereo, speakers etc, and find ways to loose weight, fiberglass hood, bumpers, fenders, etc. and you'll be the envy on the neighborhood.
Get a good set of forged axles, the spool will kill stock ones, or go to a posi unit.
