Interested in getting a Stang Fastback 67, need some advice.

Hello,

I am a young guy looking to get himself a 1967 Mustang Fastback. I am looking for a car that's drive-able. I am new to this site but I am guessing there are some experts on here. So any advice would be great appreciated. So this is what I am looking for.

- 1967 Mustang Fastback 2+2
- Automatic 284 V6 Engine
- Black interior

I know thats not a long list, but thats kinda the key points im looking for.
I dont want a big engine, I would prefer an Automatic because of the traffic in the city....
Any color for the exterior. ..
I am looking to spend $15,000 to $23,000 which i think its reasonable for a car like this.

What I need help in is what KEY Factors should i be looking at while buying a mustang for the first time. I have looked into it and seen some informative videos but i just thought i would give this a shot...

Thanks for anyone who responds

Rust and badly repaired rust issues and wreck damage would a major concern to look for.
