69 mustang needs vacuum diagram

"Trigger" is now galloping down the road with wild abandon! lol I built the car from two different cars; a 1970 coupe shell (COMPLETELY STRIPPED), and a 69 donor. I discovered that the older I get, the easier I melt when summer rolls around. So I opted to put factory a/c back in. Now I just have to route all the vacuum lines. Does anyone have a good vacuum diagram, or a link to one? I'm trying to save every cent I can for my move overseas. I won't be able to work for a while, so it all counts.

Thanks guys!

Anthony

Re: 69 mustang needs vacuum diagram

The 1969-1970 vacuum diagram sheets were a part of the Electrical set they used to sell for $1. Had portions in it pertaining ONLY to Calif. autos, and those with A/C.

What engine you going to run? I'm looking for a diagram for you but all I find are pay sites... maybe one of my books will have it.

Re: 69 mustang needs vacuum diagram

Here are a couple pics I scanned from my 70 Ford shop manual, each do not state a specific engine. I used these on my 70 Mach1 with a 351C/Auto-OD. Hope they help.

That's awesome, thanks. I'm running a 351 Windsor. I have lots of pretty little vacuum lines laying in my passenger side footbox that will now have a home

I'm running a 351 Windsor. I'm trying to find diagrams for the engine compartment, and the under dash. Thanks

Re: 69 mustang needs vacuum diagram

OK here is the hose routing for the 351/4V also included are the other engines if needed, now when you say under dash do you mean the duct routing & heater / A/C assembly? The reason I ask is the hose diagram I posted earlier is the vacumn hose routing for the control cannisters under dash and the vacumn cannister in engine compartment.

Re: 69 mustang needs vacuum diagram

Well, I just returned from overseas. Thanks for all the info... I can't wait to get this all hooked up now and actually have some heat. All I have to do after that is find out why the motor sounds like it's falling apart! lol Seriously, I'm wondering if my retrofit roller lifters might be failing. I'm not sure what to look / listen for, but I do think they're a weak link here.
