Base idle adjustment

Does anyone know what the base idle speed is for a 1986 Mustang 5.0 HO with a 5 spd trans. my son has messed with the throttle body adjustment, I know there is a setting with the spout disconnected and the IAC unhooked, but I can not find it anywhere.
Thanks Fred

Re: Base idle adjustment

600-650 rpm sounds about right to me.

When my Gecko is broken, does that mean I have 'A REPTILE' Dysfunction?
