302 rebuild for 87 fox

I recently just received a 79 302 small block from family and I'm looking to rebuild and drop in my 87 fox to replace the straight four.
I have a knock in bay two on the right side.

I'm looking for the right information for the rebuild and part line up to build a drift missile. the whole package from suspension, brakes to engine and trans setup all the way back to what can i cut for weight?

whats the best thing to do, since i have nothing but time on my hands and would appreciate the help from the old school gear heads.
