head gasket or no?

Recently found leaks on just about everything that can leak on my 89 GT with 170,00 on the odometer.

During that inspection, there was a 1/4 - 3/8 inch long x 1/8 high blob of something that looked kinda milky on the seam where the driver side head meets the block. It was suggested to me that you MIGHT could MAYBE POSSIBLY have a head gasket gone or going...

I am replacing what is definitely leaking, valve cover gaskets, intake, water pump, you get the idea.

There are no other signs of a head gasket failure, nothing out the exhaust, no coolant smell, no milky coolant, no muddy oil, she runs fine, etc etc

Question being, do you mess with the head gasket? or drive 'er till she blows?
