Use J-B Weld Plastic Bonder, It the strongest and best adhesive you can get for this type of repair, I have repaired a couple of 1970 Torino Cobra grill and it worked great. Permatex also makes a similar product but I have not had good results using it. J-B Weld Plastic Bonder come in Tan and Black.

Plastic grille repair

I have a 1969 Torino GT that has a couple of cracks in the plastic grille. Does anyone have a suggestion for what type of glue to use to repair it?
