The O rings are neoprene and they're going to be just fine.

I used Brakleen (the green can below) to get the major gunk off the top of my intake manifold WITH the injectors still installed. And I didn't blow it down afterward, basically let it air dry.

Of course, not until later, I thought of the o-rings on the injectors...

I never intentionally sprayed the injectors directly but I assume some Brakleen got down inside to some (or maybe all) of the o-rings.

Do you think the o-rings are OK? should be replaced? who knows?
