Car does have a Mustang II front end and there were no clearance problems with the 302 other than TBird headers were a very tight fit on the right side. What would I be looking at in going the 351 route?
You will need different headers. I use the BBK 1569 Foxbody 351W swap headers in our 64 Comet with a MII front end

Re: Replace 302 with a 351

If the headers were tight with a 302, they will be tighter with a 351 as the engine is both wider and taller by an inch or so.
