69 ranchero data plate

Just bought a 69 Ranchero and I have no idea what I have. Vin decode doesn't tell me much. Data plate shows 66B C EW 10J 51 6 W.
Where can I get this decoded?

The VIN will tell you the submodel, engine, and factory where it was built.

Can you post a picture of it?

The 66B is the Ranchero body style.

This code indicates a C-4 automatic transmission with a 3.20:1 rear axle.

51 is the Denver DSO

It was built on September 10, 1969.

The Trim code is not right, it's not in the book. There is no "EW" trim code. The "C" color code indicates Black Jade for 1969.

Re: 69 ranchero data plate

I took a pic of the data plate but I don't know how to post it. The site keeps asking for a url. Trust me it clearly shows EW for trim package and the vin on the data plate matches the vin on the dash. Vin # 9K48F111622. Thanks for your help

9 is a 1969 model
K is the Kansas City assembly plant
48 means it is a Ranchero 500 (47 is a base model, 49 is a GT)
F means it was/is a 302-2V
111622 is the sequence number.
