Well that gives each of us a Vote.... And since you're putting in a Snow pic, I guess 2 years ago is legal. . .

And since all the other cars are ugly and slow compared to ours, we call it a tie and share the spoils!

Re: July Ride Of The Month Submissions!

Here's my '65 Falcon (Engine and other specs below). I've owned it for about 12 years and have done 95% of the work myself. It was an all original car purchased from the second owner here in SoCal.

It's been mini-tubed, runs a narrowed 9-inch and has four wheel disc brakes.

The motor makes around 450 HP and was built from the short block up by myself. It's a Coast High Performance "Pro Street" short block with AFR heads.

The interior was trashed when I bought it so I went with an all black reproduction interior from Dearborn Classics.

'65 Falcon Futura 347 stroker. Comp roller cam, 10.8:1, RPM intake, 750 DP, AFR185's, C4, 9-inch https://www.fordmuscleforums.com/gara...ehicle_id=1106

Re: July Ride Of The Month Submissions!

My 65 falcon 2 door sedan project:

Quick rundown of mods:

  • 390fe/C6
  • Home made EFI tri-power
  • mini-tubbed
  • connected sub-frames
  • 10 point cage
  • kilduff shifter
  • Mustang II front suspension with air bags
  • Custom aluminum interior
All work done by myself in my garage or at friends places. Hoping to get it on the road this summer - same as the last 2 summers...

1967 FAIRLANE GT Competition Proven Car. This is the car, that took the place of the FORD THUNDERBOLT. 1967 FAIRLANE GT 427 cu.in., 9" rear with Detroit Locker and 4.56's. Way too much to list, and has 18,463 original miles on her. Kept in a climate controlled garage, and has never seen bad weather. Need to resize photo, click on garage to see photo of FAIRLANE GT 427 Comp Proven Car, Mike.

Who ever owns this car is a sad little feller.

How can someone own a piece of Ford-topia like that and only put 420 miles per year on it????

Do they dislike their car so much that they cant' stand the sight of it being on the road and enjoyed?

I'm saddened.

Yeah I'm talking to Phil now, to see how to get a full sized photo posted. Right now you can click on garage, and the 70 BOSS comes up with it, Mike.

Re: July Ride Of The Month Submissions!

Just Right click the URL of the place you have the picture uploaded to, then click the Little Yellow Box next to the Smile face or next to the goggles in quick reply, and paste the URL or Image location into that box and hit enter. Simple. Can't wait to see it!!!

Check out the Garage. Looks like he's got a few rides listed there. The '67 he's talking about is a pretty slick car!
