Sounds like something to fix, I've built several cars that have had to drop a bolt on the coil overs to remove a tire. But to need to remove the exhaust sucks. Try doing it on the side of the road.

I would not worry about Comps warranty, it's not worth the read. No matter what goes wrong its installed incorrectly and not there problem.

I know of a 1969 Firebird TA that's been in body shop purgatory for 35 years. Unfortunately It's a story that's been told since people have been restoring their cars.

I think your small block is going to have large enough fuel need to justify a 1/2" fuel line.

The only time I've ever had a problem with the fan and the radiator the motor mounts had come lose and allowed the motor to move forward a small amount.

I agree here with just a little more cam 110 to 120 at 50 will still get you the low end grunt with a stock converter. Either way it will wake up the little Ford.

It is likely that the motor mounts have failed or are very soft and need replacement. Check transmission mount also.
