You could try and put it on craigslist. Someone with a Bronco or pickup may want it since those are what those mostly came in.

Does it spin freely with a socket on the crank?

Re: air shock install or alternatives

Yup oversized. Stockers are 14x6 or could have been 14x7 if it came from the factory with AC. Atleast that was options for the 64 Comet.

Re: air shock install or alternatives

You could easily add a piece of thin aluminum on either side of the sheet metal, like a big washer, so it would be less stress on the body.

Re: 289 with 351 heads

I would just mill your heads down to get a proper compression ratio with flat top pistons with reliefs.

Re: wanted 68-69 merc comet/montego r/rear quarter panel&bumper

Maybe post in the Torino section. The 66-and up Comets went from "compacts" to midsize to fullsize. Not related to the Falcon anymore.

Re: 2011 Taurus SHO Smoking Issue

Ummmm this is more of an older car forum, but I do have a question. Were you romping on the car right after you got it?

Also I would make sure the dealer that is doing the work is an SVT dealer.
