the pumps with the top and bottom of the diaphragm held together with screws can be rebuilt

im sure that pump has a mechanism to keep the lever arm in contact with the eccentric, otherwise they would have many complaints of noise

please don't use gas for anything but running an engine. so easy to burn up

my 2 cents. small wrinkles can be removed by spraying with water and air dry. should always use stainless staples to avoid rust in the future

the high volume pump wont move more oil than the clearances allow. it is really insurance in the event clearances are larger than normal needing more volume. it wont empty the pan unless you need...

i don't know about napa selling to germany. sometimes the pivot gets worn and you get a little rattle.

so for your application, factory specs dont work as they are for an engine that makes plenty of vacuum.. you do need to open the secondary plates some to allow enough air in with the idle mix without...

no, its
through the idle restrictor, but idle is usually reduced by the mix screws. the mix reduction at the screw is bypassed

because the tranfer slots are uncovered. the idle mix screws dont affect it

i think the bearing(ball) is encased in rubber ao it acts as a bushing between the bearing and the tube

yep. when cold, the thick oil connects the blocker ring so the gear spins up. when hot, the oil is thin and doesnt help the connection. parts are not matching up
