ShotRod, your car is so recognizable and cool I could see that shout out happening big time. The cruise is always so cool even without the car show. --- Ya know in fact I may not enter another car show unless I know in advance the official trophy classes. I have a survivor/driver car that I will...

Thank you 635. I guess its comforting to know I'm not alone. Now that I know what the problem likely is, I tend to key in on the not so obvious also. By not so obvious I mean things like I have noticed how really close a couple of my steel brake lines are to my shorty headers. They have to pick...

Not sure exactly how you wanted it measured. The shock long picture is 18 7/8 inches from the center of the top mounting hole to the bottom of the shock where the top washer would push up against. ------ The shock short picture (I had to tape the shock closed because it wanted to immediately...

OK. I recently installed new extra heavy duty coil over rear shocks on my 63 Gal. The old stock fitting shocks were still almost new so I kept them in my shop. When I get a bit of time soon I will go out there, find them, and give you a picture and both measurements.
  15. Where Is My T-10 Leaking From ???

    Galaxie Pages
GalaxieX ---- As always thanks for your help. Your posts led me to do more research which led me to this 62 Galaxie T-10 on Ebay. My 63 Gal was built at the end of 62 and I believe the Ebay picture below would be my T-10 also. This picture would seem to explain why the gear oils drip position...

Had my Gal in a lift bay for 7 days straight doing Cold Case radiator install, FlowKooler water pump, Leed vacum pump, spring shocks, seat belts, fuse panel & wiring and more.
