1968 Ford Torino GT (Light Blue)
Modifications
Drivetrain
289 v-8(Damn Auto Workers Strike), C-4 Tranny, 3.0 rearend ratio. Gonna replace it with a crate motor....maybe a 331 stroker
Update: New 306 crate motor going in this weekend (7/9/11) 368 hp / 367 tq.
Update: Motor in, exhaust on and now I can hear a "rod" knock deep in the motor. Gotta pull er out and send it back. (8/27/11)
10/15/11- Motors back in....cost me $850 for those aholes at ATK in Texas to tell me the timing was off....way off. Anyways, motor still knocks when cold but is quiet when it warms up. I'm gonna drive it till she blows, then send it back to those hacks and let them tell me there;s nothing wrong with it!
