History
1st owner pulled the 330hp 390 out of it and put in a 428, then yanked the 428/4spd and sold it to the 2nd owner who put in a 289 out of a Fairlane. The 289 is mildly hot-rodded and it's a quick car thanks to the 3.89s I put in. Owned it for the last 15 years and the last 10 it's been in storage. Dragged it home a couple of months ago and started ripping into it and fixing things. Plans are to refresh the 289, rebuild the C4 or swap for an AOD, rebuild the brakes, clean up everything and fix anything broken and put it on the road this summer. Not too concerned about the rust right now as there's not all that much. Just wanna have some fun with it. After all that, plans are to take the 390 I have and punch it out to 428 then do some resto-mod stuff to it.
