I have an old Ford 9 inch rearend I am trying to repair. It has 2 inch wide brake shoes with a drum to match this width. Small center hole, about 2 3/8 inch in diameter on 4 1/2 bolt pattern. My question is what vintage ford used the 2 inch wide brake drum? I found a drum for 2 1/2 inch wide brakes, but had a fit problem with the backing plate. Any ideas out there?
