I'm trying to replace the heater hoses on my 1963 falcon with the new silicone hoses. The heater hose tubes do not extend thru the firewall and I can't see them from under the dash. Does anyone know what is involved to get to the heater core hose connections

I think you have to drop the heater box down. Be sure to get the special hose clamps for silicon hose. Regular hose clamps will chew up the outside of the hose as you tighten. https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-c12..._clamps__35852.1359827015.jpg?c=2?imbypass=on Not recommending anywhere specific.

Thank you, I already have the lined clamps. Do you have any idea how difficult or how long it takes to drop the heater box?

No sorry I don't but if you have carpet you may want to remove for the job. You may want to check suppliers of Falcon specific parts for heater box the body seals.
